The United Nations Children's Emergency Fund works closely with Malaysian stakeholders in government, business and civil society to improve the lives of children while developing the nation.
UNICEF's extensive work requires a strong ability to take complex information from multiple sources and craft it into compelling messages using clear, simple language. During my six month contract period, I wrote for multiple platforms including digital and direct mail.

November 2012 - September 2014
Yahoo! had a small but dedicated editorial team in Malaysia up until 2015.
I started as a freelancer producing content during weekends and public holidays. I developed the content strategy to engage audiences on Yahoo Malaysia's front page and social media. I led the editorial team from May to September 2014, before Yahoo downsized their Malaysian office.
Key achievements include:
1. Increasing weekend traffic to Yahoo Malaysia's front page by over 50%,
2. Increasing Click Through Rate (CTR) by 100%,
3. Achieving 107% of Yahoo Malaysia’s traffic targets during my short tenure as the lead
