Perspective Strategies is an award-winning Malaysian PR and strategic communications agency with global reach via the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN).


I work with several teams, drawing on my diverse background and years of experience to develop idea-driven, integrated comms strategies for a diverse range of clients.

DIGITAL AGENCY: ON TARGET MARKETING

March 2017 - June 2018

On-Target is a CRM-led. award-winning, boutique Malaysian digital marketing and communications agency.

I worked closely with an agile team to develop digital strategies to engage audiences on social media and other digital platforms for a diverse range of multinational and local brands. 

NGO: UNICEF MALAYSIA

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

September ​2015 - February 2016
The United Nations Children's Emergency Fund works closely with Malaysian stakeholders in government, business and civil society to improve the lives of children while developing the nation. 

UNICEF's extensive work requires a strong ability to take complex information from multiple sources and craft it into compelling messages using clear, simple language. During my six month contract period, I wrote for multiple platforms including digital and direct mail.

DIGITAL MEDIA: YAHOO MALAYSIA

SENIOR EDITOR

November 2012 - September 2014

Yahoo! had a small but dedicated editorial team in Malaysia up until 2015.

I started as a freelancer producing content during weekends and public holidays. I developed the content strategy to engage audiences on Yahoo Malaysia's front page and social media​. I led the editorial team from May to September 2014, before Yahoo downsized their Malaysian office.

Key achievements include:
1. Increasing weekend traffic to Yahoo Malaysia's front page by over 50%,
2. Increasing Click Through Rate (CTR) by 100%,

3. Achieving 107% of Yahoo Malaysia’s traffic targets during my short tenure as the lead

I don't teach you tips or theories, because I don't want to waste your time talking about things you can Google.
